Sporting Columbia administers Columbia's largest outdoor recreational soccer program at Cosmopolitan Park.  Currently home to over 1200 youth soccer players ranging in age from 3 to 19.  Our mission is to ensure Columbia's youth have fun and stay active and healthy. If you're looking for a great opportunity for your child to develop new friends and more confidence, recreational soccer is the perfect choice!

When are games?
Games are generally held on Saturdays, however an occasional weeknight game may be scheduled to accommodate the number of teams in the bracket. Game times begin at 8:30 AM and continue thru the day as necessary.

Where are games?
Games are played at Cosmopolitan Park located at 1615 Business Loop 70 West.

What are the age groups?
Our recreational program is available for age groups ranging from 3 years of age to 18. Click here to view our recreational age matrix.

How do I register?
Registration is completed online.
Registration dates
          FALL :  Coming soon May - June 30, 2020
          SPRING: November 15, 2020 - February 1, 2021

Late Fees apply:
July 1 - 12 $10
July 13 - 19 $15
July 20 - 26 $20
After July 27 $25

Please note that this registration is for Fall only. Details on Spring registration will follow.

What are the fees?  
U4 - U8              Fall     $116.00
U9 - U10           Fall     $124.00
U11 - U14        Fall     $130.00
High School     Fall     $133.00

Please note: No refunds offered after the registration deadline of June 30, 2019. (February 1st for spring registrations) except in extenuating circumstances. Requests must be made via the refund request form; all requests will be reviewed.

When and Where are practices?
Coaches determine practice days and times. 
Practice limits are as follows:

U4 - U7 First 25 minutes of game time
U8 One 1.5 hour session per week

Two 1.5 hour sessions per week

Recreational Rules

Interested in being a Coach?
Being a coach is a great way to spend quality time with your child and help out a great cause. All coaches must register online, complete and pass a background check processed though Missouri Youth Soccer Association. Coaches must also complete the CDC Heads Up for Concussion test.
