Recreational Soccer Program
Sporting Columbia administers Columbia's largest outdoor recreational soccer program in partnership with Columbia Parks and Recreation at Cosmopolitan Park. Our rec program is currently home to over 1200 youth soccer players ranging in age from 3 to 16. Our goal is to provide Columbia youth an opportunity to be active, healthy, and have fun learning the game of soccer! If you're looking for a program for your child to develop new friends and more confidence, recreational soccer is the perfect choice!

Spring season registration is open through February 15!
Spring 2025 Registration Fees
| U4 - U7 | $125 |
| U8 - U17 | $145 |
PLEASE NOTE: Registration is per season. ALL players need to register for the spring season to participate.
NEW Spring 2025 players will receive a soccer ball and team jersey included with registration.
RETURNING Fall 2024 players will remain on their fall teams for the Spring 2025 season (if desired) and will use their soccer balls previously provided. They will receive a replacement jersey if indicated on the registration form.
Refund Policy: Refund requests must be made prior to February 15. Requests should be submitted to rec@sportingcolumbia.net.

Recreational Soccer Divisions
Sporting Columbia Recreational Soccer offers U4-U17 Coed divisions and U7-U11 Girls divisions. Please make sure to specify Coed or Girls on your player's registration. Age groups correspond with the school year and are outlined below for the Fall 2024 & Spring 2025 seasons.

Additional Information
When are games?
Games are generally held on Saturdays. An occasional weeknight game may be scheduled to accommodate the number of teams in a division. Game times begin at 8:30 AM and continue through the day as necessary.
Where are games?
Games are played at Cosmopolitan Park located at 1615 Business Loop 70 West.
When and Where are practices?
Coaches determine practice days, times, and locations.
Practice limits are as follows:
| U4 - U7 | First 30 minutes of game time |
| U8-U9 | One 60-90 minute session per week |
| U10+ | Two 60-90 minute sessions per week |
What are the rec seasons and when is registration open?
Sporting Columbia currently hosts fall and spring rec seasons. Fall registration is open May 1-June 30 and the season is late August through October. Spring registration is open November 15-February 15 and the season is late March through May.
